At Tutoly Uriginol, every shirt we print is made with heart—and customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description of the issue. We’ll make it right—whether that means a reprint or refund.
What’s not eligible for a refund or return:
